William Rolack is a visionary executive with more than 20 years of leadership in Human Resources, Culture, Employee Relations, and Organizational Excellence. He has built enterprise-wide strategies, scaled global functions, and delivered growth by aligning people, processes, and performance. A trusted advisor to C-suite and board leaders, William brings clarity to complex challenges and cultivates high-performing, inclusive cultures.

William’s career includes senior leadership roles as Managing Director of Global HR and Culture at Kroll and Vice President of Global HR and Culture at Workforce Logiq, where he directed enterprise-wide initiatives across more than 35 and 50 countries, respectively. At Major League Baseball’s Office of the Commissioner, he expanded the league’s talent pipelines by creating strategic alliances and recruitment programs for all 30 ball clubs, two business units, and the Commissioner’s Office.
He also served as Director of Global Marketplace and Culture for Adecco Group North America, leading engagement for 8,000 U.S. employees and influencing 40,000 worldwide. Under his leadership, the function shifted from a cost center to a revenue generator, achieving 60 million dollars in new annual billed revenue through client-facing initiatives. William has advised more than 200 organizations, including Bank of America (Asia), JetBlue, Thermo Fisher, GlaxoSmithKline, AXA, and Chubb, helping executives navigate transformation through workforce analytics, inclusive leadership, and governance.

William is deeply committed to civic leadership and thought leadership. He serves on the board of Abilities Inc. – The Viscardi Center, is the Immediate Past National President of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR), and has held leadership positions with the Urban League of Long Island and NAAAHR’s Greater New York City chapter. He is also the author of 7 Secrets to a Winning Job Interview, sharing insights on workforce development and career advancement.
His expertise has been featured in Black Enterprise Business Report, CIO.com, HRO Today, and Newsday, and he has spoken at major forums including the WDLS Summit in Prague and Vienna, the Global Women’s Leadership Forum in London, and events hosted by SHRM, Columbia Business School, and the National Urban League.
William’s impact has earned him national recognition, including Savoy Magazine’s Most Influential Executives (2023), NAAAHR’s Human Resource Trailblazer of the Year (2021), and Staffing Industry Analysts’ inaugural Influencers list (2021). The New York City Council also honored him with a proclamation for his contributions to mentoring and advancing the field of human resources.
William holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from South Carolina State University and an MBA from Long Island University.
