Michael’s career includes nearly a decade at the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency and over 15 years of leadership in mortgage finance and property management. He has guided organizations in refining recruitment, volunteer engagement, business development, and community partnerships. As Director at the Minnesota Alliance for Volunteer Advancement, he led initiatives that expanded access, improved collaboration, and strengthened networks across public and private sectors. His expertise in organizational behavior and stakeholder alignment enables clients to create workplaces that are both inclusive and high-performing.
